Senior menu Copyright © 2009 GRANTS The Cibola County Senior Center is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Gentle exercise begins at 10:15 a.m. Enhanced exercise is 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Bingo is at 12:30 p.m. daily. Yoga classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with a $4 donation for seniors and $5 for non-seniors. Line dancing is offered from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday and Friday. ECHO is Tuesday, Jan. 27, from 9: a.m. to 1 p.m. The center will be closed on Jan. 9 for staff training. The center offers lunch for seniors 60 and over Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. each week. A donation of $1 for members and $5 for non-seniors is requested. Menus are subject to change. All meals include milk.
