GALLUP — Concerned residents of McKinley County are invited to attend a presentation on Gang Mentality; ranking in, tattoos, and more, on March 18.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.; presentation from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., at Gallup McKinely County School District Gallup High School, Kenneth Holloway, Auditorium. No refreshments allowed. One hour lunch on your own.
