Kathy Collins, a resident of Blue Canyon, waits in her son’s car at the end of the driveway for her Native American Resource transport to be taken to her dialysis appointment Friday. Her transport can not reach her home with the high snow fall blocking her in so her son would have to drive her to the main Blue Canyon road.
