With the arrival
of media representatives to the scene, Gallup Community Service
aide B. Smith, who is not a police officer, scrambles to put
up police line tape Monday morning at the intersection of Historic
Rt. 66 and Rico Street in Gallup. Police closed off access to
the entire area, delaying a Qwest employee from working on the

from being able to practice and kept a janitor from reporting for

Adult Education: Mark Lincoln listens to a presentation by
Adult Educator Wilson C. Gorman at the UNM North Campus open enrollment
for the Adult Education Program. Mark has decided to return to school
to get his GED after dropping out. Wilson Gorman said that the only
students that usually succeed and finish their GED's know exactly
what they want to do with their lives.. About 50 people attended
