FARMINGTON Farmington Indian Center sponsoring
7th Annual Indian Market and Festival 9 am.-9p.m., July 25-26,
at the Berg Park, Farmington. Event will include art sales and
inter-tribal cultural performances that give local and regional
Native American artists and traditional dance groups opportunities
to showcase their art and their commitment to preserve traditional
art, and art forms. Bring chairs, water, umbrellas, and sunscreen.
Free and open to public.

GALLUP UNM-G Small Business Development Center
hands on Quickbooks 2008 class 9 a.m.-3 p.m., July
25, at UNM-Gallup, Calvin Hall, Lab 268. Class designed for beginners
and those with limited QBks experience who wish to expand their
knowledge. Limited to 12 participants. Fee is $80, includes reference

Career Exposure
SHIPROCK Career Exposure Program currently
employing youth from ages 14-21, in or out of High School student
or College student. Interested come by the Workforce Development
Office (across from NTUA) or call 505-368-1105/1111. Documents
required: S.S. Card, Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB for everyone
the home), family income for the past 6 months, selective service
for male enrollee.
