CHURCHROCK Services
are pending for Kee Y. June, 73.
June died Monday, Oct.
13, 2008, in Gallup. He was born May 28, 1935, in Kaibito, Ariz.,
into the Manygoat People Clan for the Giant Red Running Into Water
People Clan.
A meeting for friends
and relatives will be 6 p.m., tonight, Oct. 14, at the Churchrock
Chapter House.
Rollie Mortuary is in
charge of arrangements.
Stanley Siebersma
TEMPE, Ariz. Memorial
services for Stanley Siebersma, 83, will be 7 p.m., Friday, Oct.
17, at the Arizona Community Church, 9325 S. Rural Road in Tempe.
He was buried in the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.
Siebersma died Oct. 3,
2008 in Tempe. He was born June 23, 1925 in Orange City, Iowa.
Siebersma was a U.S. Army
veteran and lived in Orange City until 1957 when his family moved
to Grand Rapids, Mich., where he graduated from the Reformed Bible
Institute. He worked as a pastor in several churches in Michigan
until the family moved to Fort Wingate where he was the pastor
of several churches in the N.M. area including Pinedale, Fort
Wingate, Navajo, N.M. and Bethany-Gallup. He had his wife moved
to Mesa, Ariz., in 1980 where he was instrumental in the organization
of the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church. He retired in 2005
and worked as an interior decorator at times and enjoyed his work
with his church congregations.
Survivors include his
wife Nelvy Hubers Siebersma; sons William Siebersma, Robert Siebersma,
Michael Siebersma, Nolan Siebersma, Jan Siebersma; daughters Barbara
Almada, Sharon Houston and Heidi Woods; 14 siblings; 20 grandchildren
and nine great-grandchilcdren.

Richard Sonntag Jr.
ALBUQUERQUE Memorial
services for Richard William Sonntag Jr., MD. will be at 1 p.m.,
Friday, Oct. 17 at Frenchs Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd.
NE, in Albuquerque.
Sonntag died Oct. 10,
2008 in Albuquerque. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., but spent
most of his childhood in Salt Lake City where he graduated from
East High School and the University of Utah. He attended Temple
Medical University and received his MD. He was in the U.S. Air
Force and was chief resident of Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia,
he worked on the Apollo space mission component testing, the F-111
fighter jet component testing and was assistant chief of ophthalmology
at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas. After the Air Force he
returned to New Mexico and set up private practice in Albuquerque
and Gallup. He enjoyed reading, photography skiing and nature
and being in the outdoors, especially in Yellowstone, Tetons and
Jackson Hole. He was a patron of music in Corrales and Albuquerque
and enjoyed spending time with his grandsons.
Survivors include his
frother Russell Sonntag of Bountiful, Utah; sisters, Carol Sonntag
and Marianne Sonntag, both of Salt Lake City; children Richard
W. Sonntag III of Albuquerque, Eric Sonntag of Yorba Linda, Calif.;
and two grandchildren.
