Belleau, Ronald
GALLUP Memorial services for Ronald (Ron)
A. Belleau, 51, will be 1 p.m. May 3, at the Stronghole Church
on Aztec. A rosary will be recited 2 p.m. at the Gallup Lions
Club, 3300 E. Aztec.
Belleau died April 28, 2008, in Albuquerque.
He was born June 7, 1956, in Gallup.
Belleau was employed with Poor Boys Auto
Parts. He was also employed for many years with Gal-A-Bowl and
was an avid bowler. Belleau was president of Lions Club and was
active in rodeos. He was a Washington Red Skins fan.
Survivors include his wife, Cassie Henderson;
son, Ronnie A. Belleau of Albuquerque; daughters, Kristy L. Belleau
of Albuquerque, Michelle A. Sisneros of Chandler; parents, Frankis
Emil Belleau Sr. of Florida; brothers, Frank Belleau of Calif.,
Raymond Farley of Gallup, Robert Farley of San Bernidino, Calif.;
sisters, Evelyn Bowman of Gallup, Cheryl Farley of Kansas; six
grandchildren.
The family will receive relatives and friends
at Gallup Lions Club, 3300 E. Aztec, following services.
Delgarito, Roy
HAYSTACK Services for Roy Delgarito,
95, will be 10 a.m. May 3, at the Thoreau United Methodist Church,
Thoreau. Bobby Martinez will officiate. Burial will be in Thoreau
Community Cemetery.
Delgarito died April 24, 2008, in Grants. He
was born Feb. 8, 1913, in San Antonio Springs, N.M., into the
Sage Brush People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.
In his early age, he was a rancher. He liked
taking care of his livestock and he liked working on the farm.
Delgarito liked watching rodeos and spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his sister, Mary McDonald
of Prewitt; 10 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 43 great-great-grandchildren.
Delgarito was preceded in death by his father,
Antonio Delgarito; mother, Akena Desbah; daughter, Helen D. Charley;
son, Jimmie Delgarito; sisters, Lillian Charley, Thelma D. Woody,
Bessie D. Boyd, Hanna D. Charley, Nancy D. Largo.
Pallbearers will be Gary Delgarito, Kirby Yazzie,
Lemanuel Mariano, Isabelle Yazzie, Barney Mariano III, and Ricky
Charley.
The family will receive relatives and friends
at Baca/Prewitt Chapter House, following services.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Tsosie, David
BREADSPRINGS Funeral services for David
Tsosie, 86, will be 10 a.m. today, May 2, at the Breadsprings
Church of God. Pastor Dorothy Martinez will officiate. Burial
will be in family land, Pinehaven Rd. 397D.
Tsosie died April 28, 2008, in Pinehaven. He
was born Feb. 15, 1922, in Pinehaven, into the Towering House
People Clan for the Apache People Clan.
Tsosie was a sheepherder for various sheep camps.
His hobbies included traveling to states, ranch work in Idaho-sugar
beets, ranch work in Wyoming. He had a greenthumb, he loved to
garden, plant and harvest.
Survivors include his sister, Lola Haloo of
Zuni.
Tsosie was preceded in death by his brother, John Tsosie; father,
Hoskie Tsosie; mother, Mrs. Tsosie.
Pallbearers will be Barry Platero, Joe Davis,
and White Davis.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
