CHINA SPRINGS, N.M. — Services are pending for Rosemary Joe, 77.
Joe died Tuesday, April 7, 2009, in Gallup. She was born April 9, 1931, in Wild Cat, into the Towering House People Clan.
A gathering for friends and relatives will be 6 p.m., tonight, April 9, at Rock Springs Chapter House, Rock Springs, N.M.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
GALLUP — Funeral services for Molly Lopez, 73, will be 10 a.m., Friday, April 10, at Rollie Mortuary, Gallup. The Rev. Jay McCollum will officiate. Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery, Gallup. A rosary will be recited at Rollie Mortuary.
Lopez died April 7, 2009, in Gallup. She was born Jan. 26, 1936, in San Mateo.
Survivors include her sons, Ernie Lopez, Fred Lopez, both of Gallup; daughter, Sandee Preece of Gallup; brothers, Susano Montano, Robert Montano, Gilbert Montano, Vivian Montano, all of Gallup; sister, Faye Padilla of Albuquerque; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Lopez was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Lopez Sr.; son, Felix Lopez Jr.; brothers, Paul Montano, Polo Montano; parents, Alfredo and Adelida Montano.
Pallbearers will be Robert Montano, Susano Montano, Richard Lopez, John Garcia, Paul Montano, David Montano.
The family will receive relatives and friends at First Baptist Church, fellowship center, Gallup.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
