Vivian Vigil-Williams
GRANTS — Funeral services for Vivian Sue Vigil-Williams, 46, will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 5, at Compassion Mortuary. The Rev Louie Martinez, the Rev Clemente Saavedra, the Rev. Andy Martinez will officiate.
Williams died July 30, 2009, in Prewitt. She was born Nov. 15, 1962, in Leadville, Colo.
Survivors include her mother, Shirley Vigil of Grants; father, Joe A. Vigil of Ely, Nev.; brother, Danny Vigil of Gallup; sisters, Deana Johnson of Reno, Nev., Brenda Medina of Carlsbad.
Williams was preceded in death by her husband; grandparents, Jose Muniz, Edonila Muniz, Don Vigil, Mary Vigil.

Lucinda Yazzie
RED LAKE — Funeral services for Lucinda Yazzie, 42, will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 5, at St. Michael Parish, St. Michael. The Rev. Gilbert Schneider, OFM, will officiate. Burial will be in private family plot.
Yazzie died Aug. 1, 2009, in Fort Defiance. She was born April 18, 1967, in Fort Defiance, into the Mud People Clan for the Black Sheep People Clan.
Survivors include her husband, Loy Yazzie; sons, Lydell Yazzie, Cordell Yazzie; daughters, Lorinda Yazzie, Larissa Yazzie; brothers, Benjamin Laughing, Larry Laughing; sisters, Ethel Laughing, Linda Laughing, Habanna Laughing, Helen Laughing; one grandchild.
Yazzie was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Rosemary Laughing; sister, Lula White; brother, Darrell Laughing.
Pallbearers will be Arliss Kalleco, Renondo Warner, Paul Warner, Joe Sampson Jr., Brian Sampson, Vernon Yazzie.
The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Michaels Parish Hall, following services.
