GRANTS — It’s not easy being clean. Just ask Donna Chavez, Code Enforcer Marty McBride and Carlos Lopez and his family.

Acting on a tip from Grants City Councilor T. Walter Jaramillo, McBride went out to check on a residential debris complaint from one of Jaramillo’s constituents and discovered additional trash accumulating in the west hills area of Grants, nicknamed “the Loma,” Jaramillo said.
