GALLUP — Instead of the typical Sunday suit and tie, the Rev. Mike Kleeberger wore a target complete with a bull’s-eye as he addressed the audience at the eighth annual law enforcement Sunday service at Emmanuel Baptist Church.

The gesture garnered laughs, but proved an accurate illustration of the realities of a career in law enforcement.
