Arthur Stuart

GRANTS — Funeral Mass for Arthur Lester Stuart, 92, will be 11 a.m., today, May 24, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, 500 E. High St., Grants. Burial will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 25, at Sunset Memorial Park, Gallup. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.

Stuart died May 20, 2011, in Grants. He was born July 12, 1918, in Gallup.

Survivors include his children, Gary Lester Stuart of Phoenix, Judith Lauren Kozeliski of Gallup, Beverly Rose Stuart of Grants, Rebecca Susan Fontaine of Danville, Calif.; sister, Margaret Stuart Husband; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Stuart was preceded in death by his wife, DeAva Margarite Wall Stuart; parents, John Thomas Stuart, Susan Stuart; brothers, Bill Stuart, Herbert Stuart.

The family will receive relatives and friends at La Ventana Restaurant, 110 Geis Street, Grants, following Funeral Mass.
