Dorothy Franco-Lucero
GALLUP — Funeral Mass for Dorothy M. Franco-Lucero, 70, were 10 a.m., today, June 13, at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Burial will be at a later date.
Franco-Lucero died May 21, 2011, in Albuquerque. She was born April 25, 1941, in Gibson.
Franco-Lucero graduated from East Carbon High School, Dragerton, Utah. After moving to Gallup in 1960, she went to work at St. Mary’s Hospital and then worked for Rehoboth McKinley Christian Hospital. She retired after 35 years then went to work for Edward Munoz and George Athens. Her hobbies including dancing, bingo and casinos and being with her family and grandchildren. She will be missed.
Survivors include her son, Angelo Lucero of Gallup; sisters, Mary Bigbee of Buena Vista, Colo., Sylvia Pacheco of Boise, Idaho, Cecilia Martinez of Riverside, Calif., Janet Clorice Campos of Gallup, Darlene Romero of Price, Utah; brother, Paul R. Franco of Salt Lake City, Utah; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Franco-Lucero was preceded in death by her parents, Pete Franco, Manuelita Herrera Franco; brothers, Pete A. Franco, Frank R. Franco.

Lorine Fulner
GALLUP — Funeral services for Lorine Ann Fulner, 68, will be 10 a.m., June 14, at Rollie Mortuary, Gallup. Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-4 p.m., today, June 13, at Rollie Mortuary.
Fulner died June 10, 2011, in Albuquerque. She was born Aug. 18, 1943, in Ganado, into the Bitter Water People Clan for the Touchine People Clan.
Fulner was an Albuquerque city bus driver, school bus driver and a homemaker. She enjoyed the casino and cooking.
Survivors include her sons, Raymond Garcia, Leroy Garcia, Ronald Garcia, all of Albuquerque, Julian Curley, Leonard Curley, both of Albuquerque, Chris Garcia, Terry Motter, both of Chicago, Manuel Garcia of Gallup; daughter, Renee Curley of Las Vegas, Nev.; mother, Pauline Webb; brothers, Norman Curley, Ralph Curley, Ernest Curley; 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Fulner was preceded in death by her father, Teddy Curley; brothers, Theodore Curley, Harold Curley; sister, Beverly Curley; daughter, Lorna Garcia.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Garcia, Ronald Garcia, Leroy Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Lewis Garcia, Eric Garcia.
The family will receive relatives and friends at 103 E. Princeton, following services.

GALLUP — Funeral services for Kermit R. Johnson, 64, were 10 a.m., today, June 13, at Rollie Mortuary Palm Chapel, Gallup. The Rev. Dennis Gardner officiated. Burial was in Gallup City Cemetery.
