Roman Yazzie

LITTLEWATER — Funeral services for Roman Ric Yazzie, 20, will be 10 a.m., Saturday, June 25, at Hasannah Pentecostal Church, Crownpoint. The Rev. Harry Cayatineto will officiate. Burial will be in Crownpoint Community Cemetery.

Yazzie died June 19, 2011, in Crownpoint. He was born Dec. 14, 1990 in Crownpoint, into the Black Streak People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.

Survivors include his parents, Norman T. Yazzie, Geneva Belin; brothers, Ronavan T. Yazzie, Rodell Rico Yazzie; sisters, Rachel Yazzie, Rochelle A. Yazzie, Reneva J. Yazzie.

Yazzie was preceded in death by his sister, Ronell Tia Yazzie; grandparents, Richard Sr. and Helen C. Belin, Guy and Lucy Yazzie.

Pallbearers will be Norman T. Yazzie, Nelson Yazzie, James Belin, Mike Belin, Alton Yazzie, Calvin Belin.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Belin’s residence, Littlewater, following services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Belin family.
