PHOENIX — Services for Bernice Yazza Honahnie are pending.

Honahnie died Aug. 13, 2011. She was born Jan. 19, 1951.

Marian Pino

CHICHILTAH — Funeral services for Marian Y. Pino, 91, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011, at the St. Patrick Catholic Church. Rev. Eugene Bowski will officiate. Burial will be in a family plot in Chichiltah

Pino died Aug. 14, 2011, in Albuquerque. She was born May 15, 1920, in Pinehaven into the Red Bottom People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.

Pino was a rug weaver and silversmith. She served as vice president for the Chichiltah Chapter as well as being on the CAC and ONEO board and traveled the Navajo Nation attending meetings.

Survivors include her son Woody Pino, of Chichiltah; daughters Marleen Eskeets, of Chichiltah, JoAnn Sarracino, of Laguna, and Judy Duncan, of Albuquerque; two brothers; six sisters; 15 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Pino was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Eskeets, Eddie Eskeets, Elderick Eskeets, Kendrick Eskeets, Rodrick Eskeets and Craig Yazzie.

The family will receive relatives and friends at 617-A Cousins Road in Chichiltah.
