Richard Wolfe
FOREST LAKES, Colo. Memorial services
for Richard D. Wolfe will be at the National Cemetery in Santa
Fe at a later date.
Wolfe died April 23, in Forest Lakes. He was born March 8, 1931,
in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Wolfe graduated from Gallup High School in 1942. He attended New
Mexico State University and served four years in the U.S. Navy.
Wolfe retired from Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. He
enjoyed his retirement years with his wife. He enjoyed traveling,
playing golf, square dancing, fishing and visiting with friends.
Survivors include his wife, Ramona; sons, Gary Wolfe of Belen,
and Bruce Wolfe of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughter, Cheryl Busey
of Forest Lakes; brother, Jack Wolfe of Farmington; sisters, Donna
Heinlein of Danville, Ind., Clarita Swift of Chandler, Ariz.,
Karen Leloff and Sharen Rose, both of Gallup; 12 grandchildren
and several great grandchildren.
Wolfe was preceded in death by his son, Rick Wolfe; parents, Roy
and Maxine Wolfe; brother, Ronald Wolfe.
Johnny Caviggia
ALBUQUERQUE Services for Johnny Lee Caviggia,
59, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, at Aspen Funeral Alternatives,
1935 Juan Tabo NE, in Albuquerque.
Caviggia died April 20, in Albuquerque. He was born January 7,
1948 in Gallup.
Caviggia was known to all as the "dog father" because
of the love he had for his dogs, Cinder, Sugar and Dotty.
Survivors include his daughters, Achelle Caviggia of Albuquerque
and Crissy Mondragon of Katy, Tex.; sisters, Burdene Caviggia
of Albuquerque, and Lorene Wheat of Vallecito Lake, Colo.
Davis Rogers
FLAGSTAFF Funeral services for Davis
Rogers, 51, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, at Tse Bonito
Mortuary. Pastor Carl Noggles Jr. will officiate. Burial will
follow in Wide Ruins Community Cemetery.
Rogers died April 19, in Flagstaff, Ariz. He was born November
10, 1955 in Wide Ruins into the Red Bottom Clan for the One Who
Walks Around Clan.
Survivors include his brothers, Delson Rogers, and Virgil Rogers;
sister, Suzie Rogers-Dulaney.
Rogers was preceded in death by his parents, David and Betty Rogers;
sister, Sarah Rogers.
Pallbearers will be Delson Rogers, Roy Nelson, Roland Chee Sr.,
Clarence Montgomery and Davison Rogers Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Wide Ruins Community
Chapter House following services.
Tse Bonito Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Terry Smith
NAHODISHGISH Funeral services for Terry
J.C. Hosteen Smith, 20, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 26,
at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Crownpoint.
Burial will be on family land in Nahodishgish.
Smith died April 22, in Crownpoint. He was born March 24, 1987
in Gallup into the Towering House Clan for the Bitter Water Clan.
Smith was a senior at Wingate High School. He enjoyed fishing,
camping, basketball, mountain biking and spending numerous hours
on the laptop computer.
Survivors include his parents, Howard Smith of Chinle, Ariz.,
and Susie Chiquito of Crownpoint; brother, Robert Chiquito of
Crownpoint; sister, Sueann Becenti of Crownpoint; and grandparents,
Tom and Irene Chiquito of Nahodishgish.
Pallbearers will be Cordell Henry, Robby Martinez, Robert Chiquito,
Colin Tso, Vernon Tso and Nathan Begaye.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Nahodishgish
Chapter House following services.
Cope Memorial is in charge of arrangements.
