Wind welder: Strong winds blow sparks toward Clear Channel
Communications employee Mark Jaramillo Jr., while he uses a cutting
torch Tuesday afternoon to replace a billboard that was damaged
by strong winds along Historic Route 66 in Gallup. The high winds
make the work more difficult and dangerous, as there is danger of
the wind tipping the crane or causing one of the crew to lose their
balance and fall. [Photo by Jeff Jones/Independent]
