Loyal Loving
GRANTS Services for Loyal Kemp Loving,
90, will be 1 p.m, Friday, Jan. 26 at Compassion Mortuary in Grants.
Pastor Dale Thatcher will officiate. Burial will follow at the
Grants Memorial Park.
Loving died Jan. 21 in Grants. He was born Mar. 30, 1916 in Birch
River, W. Va.
Survivors include wife, Dorothy Mae Loving of Grants; children,
Lawrence Hardway of Grants, Johnny Loving of Ohio; Edith B. Leg
of Mount Look, W. Va and Mary Ann Hess of Grants; 17 grandchildren
and 25 great-grandchildren.
Loving was preceded in death by his parents, Porterfield Loving
and Lolie Morris Loving.
Pallbearers will be Trenton Moore, Allen Moore, James Bratzel,
Ray Clemons, Warren Bell and Ryan Thatcher.
Compassion Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Floratino Stanley
NAVAJO, N.M. Services for Floratino
G. Stanley, 38, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 25 at the St. Berard
Catholic Church in Navajo. Father Gilbert Schneider, OFM will
officiate. Burial will follow at the family land in Navajo.
Stanley died Jan. 20 in Mentmore. He was born Sept. 9, 1968 in
Gallup into the Zia People Clan for Bitter Water People Clan.
Stanley graduated from Navajo Pine School in 1988 and played high
school football for Navajo Pine. He was employed with Southwest
Abatement in Albuquerque. He was a fan of the Steelers.
Survivors include wife, Ernestine Stanley, sons, Eric and Nicholas
Stanley; daughter, Frances Stanley; parents, Woodrow and Genevieve
Stanley; sisters, Yvonne, Deborah, Jennifer and Elva Stanley;
two grandchildren.
Stanley was preceded in death by grandparents, Sam and Emma Legah;
brother, Valentino Stanley.
Pallbearers will be Joey Holana, Michael Manygoats, Michael Legah,
Sam Legah, III, Bill Barker, Jr. and Jonathan Salas.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Navajo Recreation
Center after services in Navajo.
Tse Bonito Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Joseph White Sr.
ST. MICHAELS, Ariz. Services for Joseph
White Sr., 74, will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Jan 26 at St. Michaels
Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Schneider will officiate. Burial
will follow in St. Michaels.
Visitation will be one hour before services at the church and
a rosary will be recited today, Jan. 25 at 6 p.m. at St. Michaels
Catholic Church.
White died Jan. 22 in Fort Defiance. He was born July 2, 1932
in St. Michaels into the Many Goats People Clan for the Water's
Edge People Clan.
White worked as a bus driver for Window Rock Schools, he worked
at gas stations and did maintenance on vehicles, he worked construction
at St. Michaels Mission and he retired from the Navajo Nation
Zoo after 18 years of employment. His hobbies included watching
TV, spending time with family, traveling and going to casinos.
Survivors include his wife Sarah White, former wives Marguarite
Chee and Rose Marie Teller; sons Joey, Jasper, Calvin, Jeffrey,
Jefferson, Jeff, Joseph White III and his stepson William Hubbard;
daughters Virginia White, Rosita Barney, Shirlene Garcia, Renita
White, Charlene Dick; mother Eva Hashkeyashe Todicheeinie; brothers
Leo Tadicheeinie, Felix and Chester Todicheeinie; sister Mary
Warren, 38 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by son Joseph White Jr.; daughter Shirley
Ann White; father Francis Whitegoat; sister Mary Josephine Lee
and one grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Jeff White, Zachary White, Calvin White, Jesse
Barney, Rubio Garcia and Edison Yazzie Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Michaels
Chapter House after services.

Joe Francisco
CHICHILTAH, N.M. Services for Joe H.
Francisco, 75, wqill be at 10 a.m., Friday, Jan. 26 at Cope Memorial
Chapel in Gallup. Pastor Joe Lee will officiate. Burial will follow
at Pine Tree Cemetery in Vanderwagen.
Francisco died Jan. 23 in Albuquerque. He was born Feb. 9, 1931,
in Cousins, N.M., into the Salt People Clan for the Sleeping Rock
People Clan.
Francisco was employed with the Union-Pacific Railroad for 35
years, and he retired in 1996. He enjoyed listening to classic
country music, helping others, and being humorous and generous.
Survivors include his wife Winnie Francisco of Blackhat, N.M.;
sons, Harold Joe of Jacksonville, N.C., Ronald Joe of Gallup;
brother John Francisco of Sanders; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Terk and Mary Kah Francisco;
brothers Fred Francisco, Chester Francisco, John Jim Francisco;
sister Desbah Francisco.
Pallbearers will be Harold Joe, Ronald Joe, Emery Wauneka, Benard
Cleveland, Howard Wallace and Kee Wallace.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Chichiltah Chapter
after services.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Tony Dawes, Sr.
FARMINGTON Services for Tony J. Dawes,
Sr., 86, will be announced at a later date.
Dawes died Jan. 23 in Farmington. He was born June 10, 1920 in
Chinle.
Cope Memorial of Farmington is in charge of arrangements.
