Hole In One: City of Gallup Wastewater Department employee Edward Apodaca crawls through mud and bends over telephone cables Monday afternoon while repairing a water line break at the intersection of Route 66 and Mendoza Road in Gallup. The water line supplies filtered and recycled wastewater from the water treatment plant to the Fox Run Golf Course, so even though the break was large, no homes had their water service interrupted.
