Hole In One: City of Gallup Wastewater Department employee
Edward Apodaca crawls through mud and bends over telephone cables
Monday afternoon while repairing a water line break at the intersection
of Route 66 and Mendoza Road in Gallup. The water line supplies
filtered and recycled wastewater from the water treatment plant
to the Fox Run Golf Course, so even though the break was large,
no homes had their water service interrupted. [Photo by Jeff Jones/Independent]
