Pinehaven Road accident: Left to right, Phil Marques, Geneve Serna, Chris Billie, and David Hubbard work to stop bleeding from a man involved in a rollover accident in Bread Springs. Marques said at the scene the man's "throat's slit pretty deep." Officials believe another victim of the accident may have fled the scene. Skid marks at the scene indicated that vehicle was traveling south on Pinehaven Road when it crossed into the north lane, over a guard rail and down an embankment.
