Allen Lee

PINEDALE — Funeral services for Allen J. Lee, 49, will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12 at the Cope Memorial Chapel, Gallup. Pastor Neil Foerster will officiate.

Lee died Oct. 8, 2007 in Crownpoint. He was born Nov. 27, 1957 in Pinedale into the Mountain Cove People Clan for the Two Came to the Water People Clan.

Lee’s hobbies included silversmithing, he was an artist, enjoyed horseback riding, playing basketball and watching football.

Survivors include sons, Alvin Lee Sr., Adrian Lee, both of Standing Rock; daughters, Alvona Lee of Becenti, Alvina Lee, Andrea Lee, Alylsha Lee, Leanna Lee, all of Standing Rock; four brothers; six sisters; two grandchildren.

Cope Memorial is in charge of arrangements.


Jorene Bygel

GALLUP — Private Disposition for Jorene C. Bygel, 77, will be in Gallup.

Bygel died Oct. 9, 2007 in Gallup. She was born May 18, 1930 in Lubbock, Texas.

She received a bachelors degree in education from the University of New Mexico, and graduated from Albuquerque High School. She was a member of the Republican Party and was a Tri Delta Sorority Sister. Bygel was a teacher in the Gallup School System for 24 years. Her hobbies included fishing, reading, and watching the Chicago Bears play football.

Survivors include husband, Bud Bygel of Gallup; daughters, Wyndell, Vancellen Ravensberg of Florence, Colo., Camelou Cavalier of Albuquerque; two grandchildren.

Pallbearer will be Roger Montaño.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Humane Society.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
