Ranchers Meeting
CROWNPOINT Navajo Tribal Ranchers Meeting
will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. June 18, at the Navajo Technical College,
Crownpoint. Topics include: Tribal Ranches Program Update, Summer
Livestock Management Practices, Windmill Contract, and more. Info

NTUA Open House
The Navajo Tribal Utility Authority Environmental
Compliance and Laboratory Department will be hosting an Open House,
June 19 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Staff will offer guided tours and information
about laboratory operations. Miss Navajo Nation Jonathan Tso will
be attending. The laboratory is located 3/4 of a mile East of
the Fort Defiance NTUA District Office. Look for balloons and
large tent. Refreshments will be served. Public is invited. Info

LGA Summit
FARMINGTON Navajo Nation Executive Branch,
Division of Community Development and the Governance Certified
Chapters hosting a follow-up conference to the 2007 LGA Summit
July 7-9, at the San Juan College Campus, Farmington. The prime
objective is to provide feedback to the Navajo Nation Chapters
regarding the local governance certification according to the
Navajo Nation Local Governance Act. Limited space so register
