Talent Competition
GALLUP Area youth singers, musicians,
or dancers invited to compete in a statewide talent competition.
Prime Time For The Kids Talent Search, sponsored by New Mexicos
Children, Youth and Families Department, will hold auditions,
Saturday, June 28 at Gallups CYFD office, 1720 E. Aztec.
Must pre-register 8-9:30 a.m., and will be scheduled to perform
between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.Competition is open to students, from
six to 20 years old, who are enrolled in grades K-12. Contestants
can perform as solo artists or as part of a group. Talent search
includes three levels of competition: local, semi-finals, and
finals. Winners move on to the semi-final and final rounds of
competition.Contestants visit the talent searchs Web site
to read rules and regulations and to print the registration and
permission/liability release forms. Both completed forms must
be presented to CYFD officials during pre-registration for the

form (requires an official withdrawal form from every child transferring
from another school); guardianship documents/power of attorney.
