Counselor Visit

GANADO — Veterans Benefits Counselor Visit will be July 10, 9-11:30 a.m. at the Ganado Chapter House and 1-3:30 p.m. at the Dilkon Chapter House. The ADVS helping veterans and their dependents with information about veteran’s benefits and assistance in filing claim. The claimant should bring any pertinent information pertaining to the subject of the visit especially all VA correspondences, DD-214, medical records, marriage license, divorce decree, death certificate, birth certificates, all income award letters, medical expenses, S.S. cards, etc.

Work Session

SHIPROCK — Central Consolidated School District Board of Education work session will be 7 p.m., July 10, at the Shiprock Board Room. Agenda includes: Environmental Friendly, Progress Report on Valedictorian and Salutatorian, Transportation Cost, Gear-Up Program, and Superintendent Search update.

Roads Committee

SAWMILL — Sawmill Chapter regular meeting will be 6:30 p.m., July 10, at the Sawmill Chapter.

Ceremony

GALLUP — Board of Education and Administration of Gallup-McKinley County Schools would like to invite the public to the building dedication ceremony of the new Student Support Center,640 S. Boardman Drive, just north of Miyamuara High School at 8:30 a.m., July 10.

Regular Meeting

CHINLE — Central Navajo Veterans Organization regular meeting will be 6 p.m. July 10, at the D.N.V.A. Chinle Office.

Clean Up

TOHATCHI — Community Clean Up will be 10 a.m.-2 p.m., July 10. Interested parties and community members encouraged to participate. Trash bags will be picked up at the Chapter House 8-10 a.m. A luncheon ticket will be handed out with each trash bag. A trash bin will be available at the chapter house during the clean up. Refreshments and luncheon will be at the chapter house at 2 p.m. with a presentation by the Navajo Solid Waste Program. Info call 505-733-2845.
