F.O.F. Queen Bees win dance competition

Three Gallup break dancers who won a state talent competition earlier this month are slated to perform at the New Mexico Youth Day Concert in Albuquerque on Sunday. Shay Burnham, Micaela DePauli, and Paula Mortensen, who performed as the F.O.F. Queen Bees, took top dance honors in this year’s Prime Time For The Kids Talent Search, after qualifying in a first round competition in Gallup and a semi-final contest in Albuquerque. The girls won the first place dance award competing against youth dancers from around the state.
