Bah Begay
TSELANI Funeral services for Bah Tsosie
Begay, 79, will be 10 a.m., Oct. 22, at Our Lady of Fatima Convent,
Chinle. Burial will be in Black Mountain Community Cemetery. Visitation
will be 9 a.m., one hour prior to services.
Begay died Sept. 27, 2008, in Chinle. She was
born Sept. 9, 1929, in Cottonwood area, into the One Who Walks
Around People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.
Begay was a like time residence of Cottonwood.
She was a homemaker, took care of mostly her animals. She loved
being a mother, sister, auntie and grandma.
Survivors include her son, Edward Esitty Jr.;
brothers, Benjamin Begay of Del Muerto, Hoskie Yazzie Begay of
Tselani-Cottonwooday; one grandchild; one great-grandchild.
Begay was preceded in death by her sisters,
Irene Charley, Mary Tsinnajinnie; brother, George John, Wilson
Tsosie; parents.
The family will receive relatives and friends
at the late Mr. and Mrs. John Joe #2 residence, 3.5 W. of Cottonwood

Jimmie Casamero
MARIANO LAKE Graveside services for Jimmie
Casamero, 89, will be 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 3, at Thoreau Cemetery.
Jones Dehyra will officiate.
Casamero died Sept. 29, 2008, in Mariano Lake.
He was born Feb. 5, 1919, in Mariano Lake, into the Water Flows
Together People Clan for the Black Streak People Clan.
Casamero attended Sherman Indian School. He
worked for the Railroad, Santa Pacific for 46 years. He was a
WWII Veteran. Casamero enjoyed sheep herding, reading, story telling,
horse breaking, spending time with is children and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Casamero;
sons, Albert Chavez of Little Water, Irlin Chavez of Mariano Lake,
Patrick Harding of Crownpoint, Jerry Brown of Navajo; daughters,
Martha Mitchell of Mariano Llake, Dorcey Casamero of Mariano Lake;
13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Casamero was preceded in death by his brother, James Casamero;
sister, Sally Snyder.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Mitchell, Harold Mitchell,
Shatasha Mitchell, Shana Mitchill, Dorcey Casamero, Coburn Johnson.
The family will receive relatives and friends
at Mariano Lake Chapter, following services.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Blanche Caudill
GRANTS Funeral services for Blanche Evelyn
Caudill, 79, will be 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 3, at Compassion Mortuary.
Burial will be in Grants Memorial Park. The Rev. Tom Taylor will
officiate.
Caudill died Sept. 28, 2008, in Albuquerque. She was born June
5, 1929, in Glenwood.
Survivors include her children, Monty Starr
of Elko, NV., Randy Caudill of Elko, Tami Allen of Milan, Pam
Morland of Hotchasis, Colo., Robbi Jo Cagle of Bloomfield; sister,
Bonnie Jo Johnson of Taylor, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Caudill was preceded in death by her husband,
Oscar Caudill; parents, Emil Tipton, Madge Mary Lytle Tipton.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Allen, Travis Allen,
Jordan Allen, Audie Herpel, Kevin Caudill, Matthew Morlang.

William Henderson
GALLUP Funeral services for William (Bill)
E. Henderson, 67, will be 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 3, at the Sacred
Heart Cathedral. The Rev. Lawrence OKeefe, will officiate.
Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery. A rosary will be recited
at Rollie Mortuary, tonight, Oct. 2.
Henderson died Sept. 28, 2008, in Albuquerque.
He was born Aug. 17, 1941, in Gallup.
Henderson was a retired carpenter, and enjoyed
oil painting, hunting, fishing, camping, watching football and
car racing.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Henderson;
son, Joe Henderson; daughters, Darla Sandoval, Stephanie DiGregorio,
Lynn Lopez; sisters, Totsy Bertelle, Barbara Henderson; eight
grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Henderson was preceded in death by his parents,
Eddie and Lucy Henderson; brother, Phil Henderson.
Pallbearers will be Bubba Henderson, Anthony
Reed, Joe Bertelle, Ronnie White, Joe Myers, Jimmy Otero.
The family will receive relatives and friends
at Knights of Columbus Hall, Gallup, immediately following services.

Steven Otero
SAN FIDEL Funeral Mass and rosary for
Steven Fidel Otero, 55, will be 9:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 3, at
St. Joseph Catholic Church, San Fidel. Burial will be in San Fidel
Community Cemetery. The Rev. Don will be the celebrant. Visitation
will be 9-9:30 a.m., at the Church, Oct. 3.
Otero died Sept. 30, 2008, in Rio Rancho. He
was born Sept. 21, 1953, in Rio Rancho
Survivors include his mother, Helen Sandoval
Otero of San Fidel; children, Cassandra Williams of Las Vegas,
NV., Olivia Salazar of Cubero, Pearl Otero of Anzac, N.M., Issac
Otero of San Fidel, Jessica Chino of Phoenix, Joseph Chino of
Phoenix, Bianca Chino of Phoenix, Stephen Chino of Phoenix; sisters,
Helen Rice of Albuquerque, Florita Garcia of Los Lunas, Delphina
Romero of Espanola, Mary Jean Otero of San Fidel, Mary Helen Lopez
of Albuquerque; brothers, Candido Otero of San Fidel, Victor Otero
of San Fidel, Robert Otero of San Fidel; nine grandchildren.
Otero was preceded in death by his father, L.
Elfego Otero; brother, Richard Otero.
Pallbearers will be Carlos Otero, Fabian Otero,
Gabriel Otero, Antonio Gonzales, Julio Rice, Dabino Romero.
