Disabilities Meeting
NAVAJO NATION — The Navajo Nation Advisory
Council on Disabilities Meeting will be 10 a.m.-12 p.m., March
24, at the Resource Center, 3535 E. 30th Ste. 101, room 127, located

Fitness Series
TWIN LAKES — The ‘Lookin Great in
2008’ Fitness Series Events 5k fun runs/walks will take place
March 27 at the Mexican Springs Chapter and April 18 at the Twin
Lakes Chapter.
Registration will be at 5 p.m. Event start at 5:30 p.m. This is
a free event.

Men’s basketball tournament
WINDOW ROCK, Ariz.—
A men’s open basketball tournament will take place March
28-30 at the Window Rock Sports Center. A
13-and-under boys and girls and a 35-and-over tournament will
also take place. Registration fees
are $135 (men’s), $120 (13-and-under boys and girls) and
$130 (35-and-over).

Shiwi Baseball League registration
ZUNI — The 2008 Shiwi Baseball League
Registration Drive will take place March 29 at the Zuni Middle
School from 10 a.m.-Noon.
Age divisions are Minor League Division (ages 7-12) and Major
League Division (13-15).
Community members interested in being a part of the league are
urged to attend.

Tyler Memorial Tournament
WINGATE — The 3rd Annual Jackson Tyler
Memorial open high school boys and girls basketball tournament
will take place April 3-6 at Wingate High School.
Entry fee is $160 per team with a $100 deposit due by March 29.
Awards will be given.

girls basketball tournament will take place April 3-6 at the Naschitti
Elementary School.

Broncs, Barrels and Bulls
CHINLE, Ariz. — Broncs, Barrels and
Bulls will take place April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Gorman’s Rodeo
Arena.
Entry fees are $100 for bronc riding and bull riding and $80 for
barrel racing. Awards will be given.

GALLUP — An Adult Softball meeting will take
place April 15 at 7 p.m. at the Larry Mitchell Recreation Center.
