California Chinese Fast food status is unsatisfactory Copyright © 2009 GALLUP — The Gallup Field Office of the New Mexico Environment Department has downgraded the California Chinese Fast Food Restaurant, located at 1020 W. Maloney Ave., in Gallup, following a compliance inspection on May 9. Due to violations found during the inspection, the facility was downgraded from “approved” to an “Unsatisfactory” status. The violations were found in the Food Safety Risk areas of unsafe sources and inadequate cooking/cooling. The unsatisfactory grade emblem is posted on the entrance to the facility. |
