Edmond Edsitty
GALLUP — Funeral services for Edmond Henry Edsitty, 61, will be 10 a.m., Saturday, July 11, at Rollie Palm Chapel. Kevin and Tamara Gains will officiate. Burial will be in Lone Pine Cemetery, Mexican Springs.
Edsitty died Monday, July 6, 2009, in Gallup. He was born April 10, 1948, in Rehoboth.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Edsitty; sons, Drew Edsitty, Irvin Wilson, Rodney Wilson; daughter, Cynthia Edsitty; two grandchildren.
Edsitty was preceded in death by his father, Grover T. Edsitty; mother, Clara Edsitty; sisters, Irene M. Silversmith, Della Tsosie, Marilyn Edsitty; brother, Edison Edsitty.
Pallbearers will be Thaddeus “Tigger” Tsosie, Lewistus “Ludy” Silversmith, Rodney Wilson, Kyle Olguin.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Savannah McMullin
GALLUP — Funeral services for Savannah McMullin, 13, will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 11, at Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church, Gallup. Bishop Ruy Mowrer will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Gallup.
McMullin died June 27, 2009, in Grants. She was born Jan. 19, 1996, in Roswell.
McMullin loved Irish dancing, playing piano and oboe, singing and performing. She was an avid reader, devoted friend and loving child.
Survivors include her parents, John and Heather McMullin of Gallup; brothers, Lance McMullin, Kyle McMullin of Gallup; Leah McMullin, Katie McMullin of Gallup; grandmother, Jeye Smith.
McMullin was preceded in death by her grandparents, Glenn Smith, Grant and Clara McMullin.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Smith, Sterling Smith, Kenny Smith, Steven Smith, Edward McMullin, Melvin Jones.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center, following services.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
