Farmer’s Market
Low-Income San Juan and McKinley County Seniors may qualify for $28 worth of free Farmer’s Market checks this summer. Applications will be taken at the ECHO, Inc. Food Bank, 401 S. Commerical, Farmington, weekdays 8 a.m.- noon and 1-5 p.m., as long as supplies last. Applications will also be taken at the ECHO-CSFP “Free Food for Seniors and Kids” distributions 11 a.m.-1 p.m., July 16, at St. Mary’s Parish Hall (currently the Bloomfield Grower’s Market is not approved for these benefits). Registration
GALLUP — Stagecoach Elementary has begun the K-3 Plus Program. Registration is open to all students Kindergarten through 3rd grade residing in the Stagecoach school boundary. Classes begin at 7:30 a.m.-2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning July 6-Aug. 7. Bus service is available for students who live within the boundary. Breakfast and lunch served daily.
