GALLUP — Start with 10 unsolved murders in Winslow and forced relocation from the reservation, not to mention mining and smoking issues.

Add to that the protection of sacred sites, workplace discrimination and stereotypes of Native Americans as heavy drinkers, and you have enough to warrant the creation of a human rights group.
