PUEBLO OF LAGUNA — The Laguna Public Library celebrated the end of two summer reading sessions Friday as dozens of young library patrons colored pictures on the sidewalk out front and ate hot dogs, celery with peanut butter and raisins and drank sugar-free Kool Aid or cold bottled water.

Xavior Allison, 10, of Laguna, said he likes the Laguna library best because the staff are friendly, helpful and have technical know-how when he needs it on the computers.
