Casino plays big part in saving Ceremonial Copyright © 2009 GALLUP — For an event that had so many early problems, this year’s Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial came out looking good as far as finances are concerned. While attendance at Red Rock Park was down and most of the vendors were complaining about slow sales, the Ceremonial itself did quite well. Joe Tanner, the vice president of the group’s board of directors, said that the association should have no problems paying its bills for this year’s event.
