Mike Enfield to Herrera: Performance is important

GALLUP — Call it a case of “Big Brother,” that just won’t go away.

The Gallup City Council wants City Manager Gerald Herrera to pay attention to some job expectations they deem important for a long relationship.

And to make sure both sides understand each other, council members want to discuss the matter during the executive session portion of the Aug. 25 regular city meeting.
