Gallup Police have vandals on videotape Download large image here (2.4 mb) Copyright © 2009 GALLUP — Police need help identifying two graffiti vandals. Two boys were captured on a security camera Friday during an apparent tagging spree that started on Gallup’s west side. The boys allegedly vandalized several locations near Augies Trailer Park before making their way east and tagging Pinnacle Bank, the ATM and the building, according to Gallup Police Detective Sgt. Matt Wright. They tagged “several locations” in the Mossman neighborhood and McKinley County Sheriff’s Department’s Mobile Command Center. Wright said police are confident that the boys in the photos are responsible for all of these locations because of the similarity in the tags. Crimestoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the graffiti vandals. Crimestoppers in Gallup can be reached at (505) 722-6161. |
