Man charged in DWI crash on U.S. 491 Copyright © 2009 WINDOW ROCK — A Red Rock man died when a man who was said to be driving under the influence of alcohol crossed over the median on U.S. 491 in Twin Lakes on Aug. 19. Nathaniel Becenti, 23, of Coyote Canyon was arrested for driving under the influence and homicide by vehicle after he was sent to the Gallup Indian Medical Center, according to Navajo Nation Police.
