GRANTS — Charlie’s Radiator Shop, a sight so familiar and in such disrepair that many passers-by on West Santa Fe Avenue just tune it out, has been saved from the wrecking ball.

Grants City Councilors voted unanimously in August for a resolution that would require the owner to address the decrepit state of the building and would allow the city to begin the process to tear it down if the owner failed to respond within 48 hours of being notified.
