Jasper Casuse
STANDING ROCK — Funeral services for Jasper Casuse, 91, will be 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 25, at Rollie Mortuary Chapel. The Rev. Patrick Schafer will officiate. Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery.
Casuse died Sept. 21, 2009, in Gallup. He was born Dec. 14, 1917, in Crystal.
Casuse served as Private First Class in the U.S. Army, served with Company K, 362 infantry, 3 years in WWII and was honorably discharged.
Casuse was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Casuse.
Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Boyd, Patrick Willeto.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Max Largo
BECENTI — Funeral services for Max Largo Sr., 52, will be 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 25, at Tsin Neez Chooz Church of God, Tsin Neez Chooz. The Rev. Mike Lee will officiate.
Largo died Sept. 20, 2009, in Becenti. He was born Oct. 16, 1956, in Crownpoint.
Largo was a silversmith, mechanic, welder, musician, carpenter, electrician, fisherman, and comedian at family gatherings and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his companion, Merlinda Martin of Becenti; children, Max Largo Jr. of Crownpoint, Jennifer Becenti of Becenti, Alvera Largo of Gallup, Krystal Largo of Gallup, Petrulle Gabriel Largo of Gallup, Vanessa Largo of Gallup, Selena Largo of Becenti; brothers, Albert Morgan of Tsin Neez Chooz, Harrison Largo of St. Michaels, Andrew Martin of Becenti; sisters, Anna D’Alesandro of Ft. Defiance, Juliette Largo of Becenti; six grandchildren.
Largo was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Belle Largo; brothers, Ernest Largo, Edison Largo Sr., David Largo.
Pallbearers will be Max Largo Jr., Petrulle Gabriel Largo, Nathaniel Morgan, Alberto Morgan, Gregory Martin, Harrelson Largo, Aldred Reid, Edison Largo Jr.

PINE HILL — Services are pending for Harry Wilson, 66.
Wilson died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, in Albuquerque. He was born Aug. 4, 1943, in Zuni.
