Judge restrains King
Order directs her to stay away from Arviso

WINDOW ROCK — District Judge T.J. Holgate affirmed a permanent restraining order against Chief Appeals Judge Marcella King Friday, Sept. 18.

Under Navajo law, Holgate’s decision is deemed a finding of abuse, specifically emotional abuse, harassment and unwelcome communication as defined in the Domestic Abuse Protection Act.
