GALLUP — Ground breaking for the new Student Services and Technology Center on the UNM-Gallup college campus is scheduled to occur at the end of October, according to college officials.

The $13.4 million center is the biggest building project this year, and once completed in late 2010 or early 2011 will house all student services activities, such as the registrar’s office, the financial aid office and counseling and advisement. These are all now housed around the lobby in Gurley Hall.
