But Navajo Nation Council Delegates Leslie Dele and Lena Manheimer have a proposed resolution to help the Nation clean up its act. The Solid Waste Fund (Nihi Keya Dilzhoni) Act of 2009, meaning, “Let’s keep our land beautiful,” has received good support from Western Agency chapters, according to Dele. |
