BLUEWATER — Ty Robinson, 11, a sixth-grade student at Bluewater Elementary School, said he likes the school because there are so few students in his class.

“We have such great teachers, they give us a lot of individualized attention,” he said. The success of the school’s language arts program is evident in the 11-year-old’s use of the word “individualized.”
