GALLUP — The executive director at the Southwest Indian Foundation believes the current leasing agreement offered by the city is, on the surface, acceptable, and that the Gallup City Council should give strong consideration to approving it.

Bill McCarthy, director for the past 21 years, says the revised proposal appears to be the best possible mutual solution.
