Man charged in drunken driving death of 2 awaits verdict

GALLUP — Jurors fulfilling their civic duty this week will have a lot to think about after a four-day vehicular homicide trial closed Friday.

After an hour of deliberation, Judge Robert Aragon dismissed the jury Friday about 6 p.m. The jury will continue deliberation Monday in the matter of State v. Anthony Yazzie.
