WINDOW ROCK — The Navajo Nation Council on the fourth day of its fall session passed the Navajo Nation All-Terrain Vehicles Act of 2009 sponsored by Hope MacDonald LoneTree, Coalmine Canyon/Tohnaneesdizi, and Nelson BeGaye, Tsaile-Wheatfields/Lukachukai.

The act will regulate the use of ATVs on the Navajo Nation.
