GALLUP — Anthony Estrada, 55, is back in jail after narcotics agents allegedly found him selling cocaine and marijuana while on work release Friday.

Agents assigned to the Middle Rio Grande Valley Drug Task Force sought a search warrant Friday for Estrada’s business, A-1 Tires at 300 W. Maloney Avenue on Gallup’s north side. They executed the warrant about 5:30 p.m. Friday, and allegedly found Estrada parceling out cocaine for sale in small, folded pieces of paper. Estrada was in his office when agents arrived, but exited quickly and shoved something into his shirt pocket, according to the probable cause statement. The item was later discovered to be a small cup containing 2.2 grams of cocaine, according to the statement.
