MILAN — Quoia Dobbs said she likes eating spaghetti at Milan Elementary School because it tastes good.“I wish when there is cook’s choice (allowing the school’s cooks to decide the menu), they would allow the student council to ask each class what their choice is,” she said.

Quoia, 11, a sixth-grader at Milan, is a member of the student council and said she plans to recommend that change to the school’s Principal Edwina Trujillo.
