Charter Schools

SANTA FE — All potential applicants for new charter schools must provide written notification that declares their intent to file an application to open a new charter school in New Mexico in the next fiscal year on or before the Jan. 12, 2010 deadline. Failure to provide the required written notice could result in the application not being accepted. The notice of intent must be submitted in writing to both the district superintendent where the charter school is proposed to be located and to the Public Education Commission.
