John Trevor-Smith may have saved lives Tuesday night when they arrested a drunken driver. While tracking Silversmith in the allegedly stolen car, Murphy noticed that Silversmith was driving too fast and failing to maintain a lane of travel. Murphy initiated his lights and sirens but Silversmith failed to stop. To read more subscribe to the Gallup Independent by calling (505) 863-6811 or purchase the paper at the newsstand. |
