RIO PUERCO — Marta Chavez and her family decided to go out before Christmas and try the new buffet at Route 66 Casino Hotel just west of Albuquerque. It was a good decision.

“I think this buffet is great. We really liked the Mediterranean food where they have tilapia, asparagus and different kinds of Mediterranean salads,” she said.
